I think your website is very easy to use. Gave great explantions on the type of diamonds I was looking for. Order process was also easy to use. My only complaint was the time it took to complete my order. I called support several times with an update and kept being told it would be shipped the next day. Found the selection process easy for diamond stud earrings. Pricing was well below retail and about 10% below Blue Nile. Quality of diamonds was as described. Very satisfied with entire transaction. Only suggested improvement -- provide the dimensions of the diamonds, not just weight.
