The diamonds are beautiful and I am very pleased with the quality. Unfortunately the overnight shipping I paid $25 was not reimbursed to me even though it took a week to get my order. I sent several e-mails and called several times before finally getting to speak to someone who told me there was a "mix up in shipping". I was shopping online for diamond studs for my girlfriend when I came across DJM. I had shopped online and in the mall for about a month and a half with no success. Everything I saw which was reasonable quality was 1500-3000 dollars. After finding DJM I searched for weeks trying to find something bad about them. They were a third of the cost of other places for the same quality. If it's too good to be true it usually is, right? However, with no luck finding bad info on DMJ I decided to make my order. The earrings came two days later and the more I look at them, the more I realize, I purchase a brilliant pair of earrings at a stellar price. I will definitely be coming back.

Your website is very customer friendly and easy to use. I did also call your customer service line with questions and the call was answered by a person each time. Great!! The customer service personnel were very cordial and helpful. I do have a small problem with one of the earrings screw on post, but your customer service person said to send it back and they would take of it. i will certainly be buying some more earrings before Christmas. I had purchased diamond stud earrings for my 14 year old granddaughter from a different retailer but she was not pleased with the quality. So, I returned them and selected a pair of yours. She is not only very pleased but she wears them everyday. Although yours were a bit more expensive, there is no question that I got a great deal.
