This was my 3rd purchase of diamond stud earrings from Diamond Jewelry Masters and I have to say, each pair that I receive amaze me with the color, clarity and cut. Your website is very customer friendly and easy to use. I did also call your customer service line with questions and the call was answered by a person each time. Great!! The customer service personnel were very cordial and helpful. I do have a small problem with one of the earrings screw on post, but your customer service person said to send it back and they would take of it. i will certainly be buying some more earrings before Christmas. I had purchased diamond stud earrings for my 14 year old granddaughter from a different retailer but she was not pleased with the quality. So, I returned them and selected a pair of yours. She is not only very pleased but she wears them everyday. Although yours were a bit more expensive, there is no question that I got a great deal.

The website was very easy to navigate. I appreciated the tutorial on the 4 C's of buying a diamond. The call I made was answered quickly and the representative was very helpful. The inquiries I have made via email have been answered quickly, informatively and politely. The earrings are perfect. However, the order was shipped 5 days before the order status was updated on your website which presented a small problem as this was a gift being sent to a secondary address. And to date I have not received the appraisal which was to be included in the shipment. I inquired about this 2 weeks ago and was told it had been delayed due to the holiday rush.
