the order was shipped wrong to start with. that being said, it was a hectic time being that it was right before christmas. i called about the exchange and got prompt service. i was given all the info to send the earrings back, shipping paid. everytime i called, i got friendly helpful service. despite the fact that from my first orderring to final receipt of my order was 25 days, i would use your company again, but with a confirmation phone call of order.

Beautiful ring. Only problem was when I ordered it, it wasn't explained on the website that it was a ring that is made to order and it wasn't received until well after Christmas. Also--no tracking information was sent on the ring and I had to call three times to find out when/if it had been sent. The ring that I purchased from you BEFORE this time(last year) I had absolutely no problem with--not sure what happened to the customer service this time but it needs to be fixed.

After completing my order online, which was extremely easy, the whole process in general was very pleasant. I was kind of worried about what the diamond would actually look like once it arrived, but my wife was extremely pleased. the certicate arrived shortly after the diamond and it was great. Overall the experience was great!

The purchasing experience was excellent and the product appears to be as advertised. The only issue I had was that I ordered it by the deadline for Guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery and I hung around the house waiting for delivery and it never showed up. I called Fedex and they said they would not be able to deliver it. I drove an hour each way on Christmas morning to pick it up.
What does guaranteed delivery mean?

I was hesitant to order my earrings online without being able to see them first. I did a lot of research at local jewelry stores to determine the cut, color and clarity I wanted. Although I felt I was an educated consumer I was worried that the diamonds would not be colorless or there would be visible inclusions. I decided to order anyway because there was, what seemed like, an easy return policy. Imagine my excitement when I opened the box to see 2 of the most beautiful diamond studs I have ever seen! As I said, I looked at many local jewelry stores, chains and privately owned, and the quality for the price at diamond jewelry masters can not be beat. I am so thrilled with my first purchase and I will be coming back time and time again for any of my diamond needs. I wish I knew about this site 2 years ago when I got married. The web site was very easy to navigate and it provided very useful information. I appreciate the fact that you want the consumer to be well educated as to just what they are buying and what the various elements are which should be considered before purchasing a diamond. I am delighted with my earrings, although the back fell off of one and I have lost it already. I have worn them every day and have given the web site to several friends who admired my new earrings.

After comparison shopping at local jewelers and getting over the initial fear of buying diamond jewelry sight-unseen, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of my purchase from Diamond Jewelry Masters. The cut was the most impressive quality yielding high brilliance. There were no flaws visible without a loup. With a 10x loup I found only a minor inclusion in one stone and a minor cleavage in the other. Color was better than advertised. The screw-back mounting was better than any comparable earrings found locally. My next diamond purchase will be with Diamond Masters.

I am satisfied with the purchase with one exception. The certificate from the Independent Gemological Laboratories was not included with the earrings as I expected. I just recieved the certificate today after about 3 or 4 phone calls requesting it.

I did alot of reserch to find what I wanted for my wife. 1 Carat screw backs. This is what I ended up buying. The cut, color, and clarity are on the higher end at a reasonable price. We are both very pleased with the product. The earrings are all they say they are and look beautiful on my wife. However, I ordered these on Sat. before x-mas (with overnight shipping) and did not recive them till after x-mas.Friday. I was very dissapointed, as was my wife who had to settle for a picture on the PC of what she was going to get. Also when I did talk to customer service rep. (because no shipment confirmation),I thought he was quite rude. Overall, great product, not so great service.

My son had me order the ring for his financee since we would be at home when it was delivered. We all were more than pleased with the appearance of the ring. It is absolutely beautiful. I did my entire transaction online and did not get to speak with anyone. I did run into a time constraint and your team did a great job of getting my order out and delivered in time for me to take them to Jamaica and give them to my girlfriend for Christmas.
