My experience was great. The earrings were beautiful and about half the price of what it would have cost me locally for the same quality. My only issue was the shipping. I received an email that the package was shipping on Dec 8 and the earrings didn't ship until a week and a half later. Maybe it was just the Christmas season.

Order was recieved quickly. The diamonds do not match in color. One appears dull. If I had more time, I would have returned them. I placed my order a few weeks before Christmas and these were a present for my daughter. She is only 12 and she noticed that they did not match. I will consider buying from Diamond Jewelry Masters in the future but I will nake sure I order things in time to look them over. The price was the best I had found for this quality of diamond and type of setting.

I think that after checking with the BBB I was a bit less skeptical about shopping on your site. The site is very user friendly and I got my item in the time promised. I am pleased with the diamond earrings I purchased as far as the color, size and sparkle are concerned, but I feel that the quality of the setting is less than what you have pictured on the site and seems almost flimsy. This being said for the amount of money for the size of the diamonds I am satisfied as long as the setting holds up.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I really appreciated the tutorials available on the web site. I felt the pricwes were very good for the quality offered. Ordering was easy, although I was surprised that the price for 3/4 carat in yellow gold was different than white gold, while it was the same on other sizes.
The earrings were very nice. My wife and I were completely satisfied.
The tracking system on shipment could be better. On the day delivery was due, there was still no indication they had been shipped. They did arrive the next day. However, I suspect that your internal tracking needs improvement. I received a duplicate shipment about a week later of the same product. What if I hadn't contacted you to return them?
Overall, a very positive experience and one which I would be happy to do again.

It as really scary buying diamonds on line. I did a lot of research and your site was easy to read and had great pictures. The earrings are beautiful and fit my daughter beautifully. Great experience and great purchase.

I am glad that you have asked for feedback on my purchase. I made on on-line earring purchase on your site in early December. I purchased earrings for my girlfriend for Christmas. Despite assurrances from customer service representatives on several occasions prior to Chrsitmas, the earrings arrived on 12/31. It was VERY dissappointing to not be able to give her main gift to her on Christmas. Customer service representatives gave me assurrances on multiple occasions that they would arrive on-time, and on 12/24 one representative plainly stated, "I am sorry but they will not arrive for Christmas". Each assurance was an empty promise. There was no attempt to remedy the problem or provide any discount or compensation. I have no complaint about the quality of the earrings, but I will not use this service again nor recommend it to anyone looking to purchase jewelry.
